מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מענדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, י"ז מרחשון תשל"ז [1976].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל הרב יהודה כהן בבני ברק. במכתבו מברך הרבי: "השי"ת ימלא ימי הריונה כשורה ובנקל ותלד זחו"ק [זרעא חייא וקיימא] בעתה ובזמנה כשורה ובקל".
בשולי המכתב הוסיף הרבי בעצה והדרכה: "מהנכון אשר יבדקו את התפילין שלו וכן המזוזות שבדירתם שתהיינה כולן כשרות כדין".
אגרת דואר אוויר. 18.5 ס"מ. מצב בינוני. שולי הדף העליונים והתחתונים נגזרו (ללא פגיעה בטקסט). סימני קיפול וקמטים. כתמים ובלאי. קרע חסר קטן בשוליים. רצועת דבק בגב לחיזוק.
