Signed by Rabbi Yechiel Tzvi Weingarten, Rabbi Meir Shlomo Cohen, and Rabbi Moshe Neuschloss (later of New Square, NY), this Hebrew document provides information concerning several survivors as well as victims of the Holocaust from Guta (Shmuel Halevi ben Shraga Feivel Greenwald, Sara bath Chaim Stern, Ya'akov Meir ben Yosef Moskowitz). The rabbis write that they have constituted an ad hoc Beth Din of three, a tragic detail necessitated by the times. One page on plain paper.
