The Madonna and Jesus - Hand Painting on Porcelain Tile
Impressively crafted hand painting and gilding over a porcelain tile.
Depicting the Madonna holding the Baby Jesus in her arms.
Given inside a brass frame with elaborate enamel decorations in models of plantation and Christian motifs.
The frame is attached to the tile by welding, suspending loop in the frame's top end, beginning of 20th century, abrsion to the gilding in the tile's right part, light fractures to the tile's reverse which do not harm the pattern, dimensions: 19X30 cm.
