French Ormolu Gilded Bronze & Marble Table Clock HENRY DASSON (Paris), 19th c
French gilded bronze (ormolu) and marble table clock, sculpted in models of an angel and woman "playing" with birds, bronze decorations in models of flowers and angels and the movement's lid is with a gilded cutout, white enamel face with Roman numerals, the face's frame has enameling in shades of blue and gold, base integrated with white marble with a hole in the base's center allowing the movement of a pendulum, decorated with a gilded woman's face, accompanied with a key for the mechanical movement, inscription of the maker's name on the clock's face: H.DASSON paris.
