Long letter by the Admor Rabbi Shalom Yechezkel Shraga Rubin-Halberstam,
Rabbi Shalom Yechezkel Shraga Rubin-Halberstam (1913-1986), a descendant of the Sanz-Sieniawa dynasty. From a young age, he had many correspondences with the greatest rabbis of Europe about Halachic matters. After the Holocaust, in the USA, he was known as "The Great Asker", sending thousands of Halachic questions to various rabbis from all circles.
