מכתב מאת האדמו"ר מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, כ"ב חשון תשל"ב [1971].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל מרת ברכה בלוי בנחלת הר חב"ד (קרית מלאכי). במכתבו מברך הרבי: "השי"ת ימלא ימי הריונה כשורה ובנקל ותלד זחו"ק [זרעא חייא וקיימא] בעתה ובזמנה כשורה ובקל".
אגרת דואר אוויר. 27 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב טוב. סימני קיפול וקמטים. קרעים חסרים בשוליים (ללא פגיעה בטקסט).
