מכתב מאת האדמו"ר מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, כ"ה טבת תשכ"ו [1966].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו, בתוספת מילים בכתב-ידו.
נשלח אל הרה"ח ר' ראובן געציל כהן בירושלים: במכתבו מברך הרבי: "השי"ת ימלא ימי הריונה כשורה ובנקל ותלד זחו"ק [זרעא חייא וקיימא] בעתה ובזמנה כשורה ובקל".
בסוף המכתב, לאחר "בברכה", הוסיף הרבי בכתב יד קדשו: "לבשו"ט [לבשורות טובות]".
