שלושה שטרות של חמש דולר שהתקבלו מהאדמו"ר מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, ביום ההסתלקות של אשתו הרבנית חיה מושקא, כ"ב שבט.
בשולי השטרות מופיע הכיתוב (בעט): "כ"ב שבט תשנ"א".
על מעמד החלוקה בכ"ב שבט תשנ"א מסופר בקובץ "הרבנית", שנדפס מטעם "ועד תלמידי התמימים העולמי" (ברוקלין, תשע"ג): "בכ' שבט נסתיימה כתיבת ס"ת לע"נ הרבנית בבית חב"ד בקונטיקט. כנהוג, קראו בס"ת ב770 קודם החגיגה בבית חב"ד, ובקריה"ת בשחרית עלה הרבי 'שלישי' בס"ת זה. כשהוכנס הס"ת להיכל עודד הרבי בידו את שירת 'שישו ושמחו'. בערב כ"ב שבט נסע הרבי לביתו והתפלל שם את תפילת מעריב. בלילה זה נערך ב700 סיום הש"ס ע"י השלוחים לע"נ הרבנית. ביום רביעי כ"ב שבט נסע הרבי ל'אהל' בצהריים. אחר מעריב חילק ב' שטרות לצדקה לכאו"א מהנוכחים במשך כחצי שעה..." (שם, עמ' 122-123).
