VINTAGE ARTISTIC GLAZED CERAMIC BOWL LEA HALPERN
Lea Halpern (Dutch, American, 1901-1985) artistic ceramic bowl covered with red-brown glaze. Signed by the artist, L. Halpern, and numbered, on the bottom. Lea Halpern was known as the van Gogh of potters, she experimented with glazes, special effects, and innovative pigments. Provenance: The William Doyle, lot # 270.
