BETTE DAVIS SIGNED VOLPE PRINT
(1908-1989) American actress and a recipient of two Academy Awards with a career spanning more than 50 years and 100 acting credits. She was noted for playing unsympathetic, sardonic characters, and was famous for her performances in a range of film genres, from contemporary crime melodramas to historical films, suspense horror, occasional comedies, and romantic dramas. Signed in black ink by BETTE DAVIS, a lithographed NICHOLAS VOLPE print for the Academy Award for her role in the 1935 movie 'Dangerous' cut to 7.875 x 10 inches for framing, slight toning, else good.
