German photobook about the history of the Zeppelin, heavily illustrated with b/w photographs on almost every page. Das Zeppelinbuch, Friedrich Heiss, Volk und Reich Verlag, Berlin, 1936, hardcover clothbound, 260 pages, 9.5 x 10 inches. Some soiling to the covers. Personal inscription from a previous owner, written in German, but dated Chicago, November 1938 'to the loyal comrade and friend in memory of his fighting comrade', with a swastika drawn at the bottom.
