GENERAL CARLOS ROMULO
(1899 - 1985) Philippine general, diplomat, and journalist known for his activities on behalf of the Allies during World War II, chief aide to General Douglas MacArthur in the Pacific and a brigadier general in the Philippine army, and his later work with the United Nations. A signed color portrait of Romulo in a U.S. Army Uniform, removed from an American magazine. Signed in black ink in the upper right. 8.25 x 10. 25 inches, folds. Else good.
