Most precious find! Handwritten page by the renowned Kabbalist Rabbi Yaakov Tzemach
Rabbi Yaakov Tzemach (1570?-1667) was one of the greatest kabbalists and one of the redactors of the Kabbala taught by the Ari z”l. He lived in Safed, the city of the kabbalists and discovered the hidden writings of Rabbi Chaim Vital (Batra edition), which he edited and prepared for publication. Before moving to Safed he studied in Damascus under Rabbi Shmuel Vital, the son of Rabbi Chaim Vital.
