Original Named Vietnam War era Purple Heart in case to David L. Harp, of Canastota, New York. He was in Vietnam with the 3rd Battalion, 21st Insantry, 196th Light Infantry Brigade, 23rd Americal Division, Circa 1967 - 1968.
