Spanish American War SAW Ribbon Pins General Otis Secretary Camp Alger. You will receive 2 ribbon pins. Both pins have red, white and blue ribbons. The first ribbon has a photo of Secretary Alger, Camp Alger, Falls Church, VA. And the words Remember The Maine. The eagle at the top appears to have been placed upside down. The other ribbon pin shows General Otis. It reads, Reception To Gen. Otis, Rochester, N.Y. June 15, 1900. Both items are in good condition for their ages.
