Hot Wheels Blackwall Pontiac J-2000 Blister Pack. The car is minty and the slim moon roof version. The card is good but does have light edge wear and some water stains. Blister is clean and clear with no cracks but does have some minor pinching but is firmly attached. As seen in the photos.
