Letter of Good Year Wishes from the Lubavitcher Rebbe – Elul 1959

מכתב "שנה טובה" מאת האדמו"ר מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, אלול ("ימי הסליחות") תשי"ט [1959].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו, בתוספת מילים בכתב-ידו.
נשלח אל הנגיד ר' גרשון גאלין בירושלים: "לקראת השנה החדשה... הנני בזה להביע ברכתי לו ולכל אשר לו, ברכת כתיבה וחתימה טובה לשנה טובה ומתוקה בגשמיות וברוחניות".
הנגיד ר' גרשון גאלין, יליד קמניץ בליטא, התגורר בשכונת קראון הייטס ותרם רבות למוסדות חב"ד, בצנעה וללא פרסום. בשנת תשי"ח העניק לרבי את ספר ההפטרות של המהר"ש, אשר היה מונח במשך שנים רבות בחדרו של הרבי. בהשתדלותו ובתרומתו נבנה בשנת תרצ"ב הבניין החדש לישיבת "כנסת בית יצחק" בקמניץ, עיר הולדתו.
בסוף המכתב, לאחר "בברכה", הוסיף הרבי בכתב-יד קדשו: "לבשו"ט [לבשורת טובות]".
