מכתב מאת האדמו"ר מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ט"ו אייר תשי"א [1951].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של "מרכז לעניני חינוך" (המל"ח – הגוף האחראי על מפעל החינוך והפצת היהדות, שהרבי עמד בראשו מיום ייסודו בשנת תש"א), חתום בחתימת יד קדשו, ובתוספת מילים בכתב ידו.
במכתבו כותב הרבי כי יקרא את הפ"נ על ציון חמיו האדמו"ר הריי"ץ, ומברך: "וצדיקא דאתפטר, דאשתכח בהאי עלמא יתיר מבחיוהי [צדיק שנפטר נמצא בעולם הזה עוד יותר מבחייו], בטח יתן ברכתו והשי"ת ימלא ברכתו בגשמיות וברוחניות".
לצד המילים "כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר" הוסיף הרבי בכתב יד קדשו את המילים: "זצ"קללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע [זכר צדיק וקדוש לברכה לחיי העולם הבא, נשמתו בגנזי מרומים זכרו יגן עלינו].
בסוף המכתב, לצד "בברכה", הוסיף הרבי בכתב-יד קדשו את המילים: "להסתדרות נכונה".
תאריך המכתב (טו אייר, התשי"א) ושם הנמען (אלי' שי') בראש המכתב נוספו אף הם בכתב יד קדשו של הרבי.
