On the other side, Rabbi Baruch Shimon Schneerson, the son-in-law of Rabbi of Tchebin, writes a list of rabbis in the United States who were sent the Sefer but they were returned by mail.
The Gaon Rabbi Baruch Shimon Schneerson was born in 1913.
He was a Goan in all aspects of Torah and Chassidus.
Served for a time as Rosh Yeshiva of Tomchei Tmimim in Lod. He passed away in 2001.
