The copy of the late Rabbi Yaakov Moshe HaCohen Tornheim of Walbarz.
Signatures on the title page is "Yaakov Moshe HaCohen of Walbersh.

On the last page, an interesting inscription from the birth of his son, Rabbi Tzemach David of Belchatow.

Another signature from the Holy Admor on the page of Tikkun Hatzot "Yaakov Moshe HaCohen ben Esther Malka of Walbersh"

Several Chasidim recorded their names and requests.

Stamps of the grandson of Rabbi Yosef Baruch Rybak from Lodz, son-in-law of Rabbi Binyamin Rybak.

Rabbi Yaakov Moshe son of Rabbi Yissachar Dov Barish HaCohen Thornheim, founder of the Walbarz dynasty.

Born in 1835, he distributed all his money to charity. He was famous as he collected and attended to his collection of  Canary birds. They would sing songs beautifully.

He was also known for the large Melaveh Malka dinners he held for followers accompanied by an orchestra.
