A VINTAGE INDUSTRIAL WORKER OF THE WORLD PRINT
A poster "Great Events Throw their shadow before them" of the international organization "Industrial Workers of the World". It is an allegorical painting in which a shadow with the inscription "REVOLUTION" falls from an allegorical female figure dressed in a ribbon with the inscription "MAY FIRST". Behind the figure can be seen as a formation of workers carrying the banner. In the foreground, a bourgeois man with "CAPITALISM" written on his coat points in horror at a shadow. The poster is signed at the lower right: "DUST." Offset printing.
