RUSSIAN IMPERIAL PORCELAIN FIGURE OF WOMAN W JUG
An early 19th-century Russian porcelain figurine of a woman with a broken jug on the round base depicting the seated figure wearing an unglazed blue dress with gilt trimmings over a white glazed shirt, with ciselé gilt detailing to her kokoshnik, holding a kerchief in her hand. Modeled and painted after S. Pimenov. Probably Imperial Porcelain Factory, St. Petersburg. Unmarked.
