Very rare document signed by the Minister for theOccupied Territories in the East Alfred Rosenberg , it is dated 13 July 1944and features a bold strong signature of Rosenberg.The document is to a salesman Armin Finn and awards him the Appointment of "Berirksrat " district Aldermann 13-7-1944 , it is the official Din A4printed issue and features the official Nazi Swastica Stamp on the bottomleft. It has been folded in two through the middle but otherwise is in greatcondition.The Document is A4 size and is in great condition
