This Jewelry catalog before us tells the story of jewelry from the years 1780-1980. We have chosen Jewelry which tells the story of the period that it represents. The catalog is more or less arranged in chronological order beginning with the Georgian era and ending with modern times. The items have been sourced throughout the country and have been selected based on quality and what we thought our clients would be interested in seeing. Towards the end of the catalog is a collection of gold and silver objects de vertu. Most of these items are Russian and come from an important collection in Tel Aviv. The catalog was curated with love and attention and it is our hope that our clients will take pleasure in viewing it.. signed Diamond studded Russian gold necklace - Russia Faberge work master makers mark
The spectacular gold silver topped and diamond necklace is designed with 12 circular elements each one studded with 12 diamonds of various sizes. Between each circular element is a star pendant. all in all there are 12 star pendants each studded with 9 diamonds. The largest diamond which is set in the center of the necklace is approximately 1.00 ct. Total approximate ct weight is 17.00 ct. Most of the 250 diamonds are vs/si clarity with g-i colors.

August Wilhelm Holmström (2 October 1829 – 1903) was a Finnish silver- and goldsmith. Born in Helsinki, Finland, he became an apprentice at the workshop of jeweller Karl Herold in St. Petersburg 1845—1850 master in 1857 with his own workshop.
Senior member of Fabergé's workshop, he was head jeweller and also produced parts for composite articles. He died in St. Petersburg.
