1965 Special Edition series of 40 plates, a brief condensation of the art of fighting bulls by Spanish artist Francisco Goya (1746-1828).
In homage to the New York's World Fair. Engravings of bullfighting scenes includes 33 numbered plates and lettered plates A-G. Edition number 344 complete with red bound case. Prologue written in 1961 by bullfighter Juan Belmonte, bullfighting critic Carlos de Larra and Gullon Curro Meloja and painter Daniel Vazquez Diaz. It includes an explanation and a commentary for each one of the prints. Wear and tear to protective covering.
