The Admor Harav Yitzchak Meir Hager of Sighet, was the son of the Admor Harav Pinchas of Borsa (son of the Admor Harav Baruch of Vizhnitz and son-in-law of Harav Shmuel of Sokol-Belz). He succeeded his father as Rebbe in Sighet where he guided his chassidim until his death al kiddush Hashem on 25 Iyar, 5703 (1943) in the Holocaust [Encyclopedia of Chassidus Vol. 2 p. 423]
