A stunning brooch with diamonds and rubies constructed in a gilded finish. This piece is a great example of the outstanding craftsmanship that characterized Stangren. Stanley R. Stangren (1928–2014) was a renowned American artist, sculptor, and ceramist, who lived in New York City. He worked in different styles and in different materials, including oils, watercolor, ceramic, and stone and metal sculptures.
