A SILVER JUDAICA SPICE BOX BESAMIM TOWER
A Russian silver Judaica Spice Box - Besamim Tower, designed in the shape of a tower, with a pedestal, elongated triangular roof with the flag at the top, and a main functional compartment for spices in the middle, with a door. Made of 84 silver in a rare magnificent filigree technique. The spice box has two missing flags on the front side. Marked with Russian hallmarks, 84 Silver mark, and other Cyrillic and Assay marks.The Besamim – spice box used during a Jewish ritual Havdalah, at the end of the holy Sabbath. Weight: 215.5 g.
