A RUSSIAN SILVER & ENAMELED TEA CUP
A lovely teacup in the shape of a quatrefoil made of gilded silver with a surface decorated with intricate polychrome patterns using cloisonné enamel technique. Hallmarks: 88 silver standard next to a woman's head in a kokoshnik, turned to the right, Russian two-headed eagle, and the maker's initials: MC. The late 19th or early 20th-century. Weight: 89.6 g.
