Stevens Company Cromwell, Ct. - Circa 1910 Ex - Edwin Mosler Collection (Minor Mold Flaw on Reverse) Pristine Plus Condition The aberrant muted color scheme chosen for the Billy Goat Bank make it something of an anomaly in Stevens' otherwise colorful product line.
