Segula book—Likkutei Man, on the haftaroth. Amsterdam 1764.
Likkutei Man, by Rabbi Eliezer Menachem Mendeley Marcbrott, a commentary on the haftaroth collected from the commentary of the Alshich HaKadosh. On the back of the title page: “The greatness of the Sachar of this book lies in its segula to save its learners and those thinking on it from all evil decrees, God forbid.” Recalls a practice of the Alshich. The title page of this copy has a signature of ownership of “Yaakov …Levinstam.” Stamp of Rabbi Michael Berson, Chelsea, Massachusetts. 149, [1] leaves, very good condition.
