U.S. Army enlisted men's winter service uniform wool serge four-button jacket /coat with four pockets in olive drab shade no. 33 (OD 33, also called "light shade"). Factory stamped size "38R" on the inside liner. Sergeant patch and original unit insignia on sleeves. Overseas and service stripes patches on the bottom section of the left arm and Honorable Discharge patch above the right breast pocket.
