מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ה' אלול תש"מ [1980].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל הרה"ח שלמה דוד פישר בירושלים. במכתבו מברך הרבי: "השי"ת ימלא ימי הריונה כשורה ובנקל ותלד זחו"ק [זרעא חייא וקיימא] בעתה ובזמנה כשורה ובקל"; ומסיים "בברכת כחו"ט [כתיבה וחתימה טובה".
אגרת דואר אוויר. 27 ס"מ. מצב טוב. סימני קיפול וקמטים. כתמים קלים. קרעים ובלאי קל.
