מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ה' סיון תשכ"ז [1967].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו, בתוספת מספר מילים בכתב-ידו.
מכתב "כללי-פרטי" (מכתב שנשלח למספר אנשים בנוסח זהה), אל הרה"ח חיים שלום סגל בירושלים, לרגל חג השבועות. במכתבו מברך הרבי: "יהי רצון אשר כל האמור לעיל – כן יהי' לנו, ומתוך מנוחת הנפש ומנוחת הגוף תקויים בכאו"א [בכל אחד ואחד] הברכה... קבלת התורה בשמחה ובפנימיות".
בפתח המכתב הוסיף הרבי את המילים: "וכל הפ"נ יקראו עה"צ [על הציון]", ובסופו את המילים: "ולבשו"ט [לבשורות טובות]", בכתב-יד קדשו.
בשולי המכתב הפניות ומראי מקומות לנושאים ולרעיונות המובאים במכתב.
הרב חיים שלום הלוי סגל (תרע"ח-תשמ"ג), מייסד ומשפיע בית הכנסת חב"ד "בית יהודה" בשכונת נחלאות בירושלים, דור שישי לבעל התניא. עסק עשרות שנים בפירוש רש"י על התורה וחיבר את סדרת הספרים "תוספת רש"י" על התנ"ך.
