מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ראש חודש ניסן תשכ"ז [1967].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו, בתוספת מספר מלים בכתב ידו.
נשלח אל האברך אברהם אליקום הרצל (בהרה"ח פנחס לייבוש הרצל) בירושלים, לרגל קישורי התנאים שלו: "הנה יה"ר מהשי"ת [יהי רצון מהשם יתברך] שיהי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת ולבנין עדי עד על יסודי התורה והמצוה כפי שהם מוארים במאור שבתורה זוהי תורת החסידות".
בסוף המכתב, לאחר "בברכת מזל טוב", הוסיף הרבי את המילים: "וחה"פ [וחג הפסח] כשר ושמח" בכתב-יד קדשו.
