בשולי השטרות כיתוב (בעט): "מהרבי שליט"א". השטרות נתונים בשקית ניילון, בחזיתה מודפס הכיתוב: "דאללער של ברכה והצלחה מאת כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א מליובאוויטש".
מצורף אישור מהרבנית בת שבע מנדלסון: "אני הח"מ מאשרת בזאת כי קיבלתי מהרבי בידיו הקדושות דולרים אלו שמספרם..." (עם רישום המספרים הסידוריים של השטרות).
מצב טוב. סימני קיפול וקמטים קלים.
