A RUSSIAN JADE CUP WITH A GOLD SETTING
A Russian cup, carved from green jade with a gold setting at the base and a gold overlay in the form of a relief double-headed eagle, inlaid with diamonds and a ruby cabochon. Hallmarks: 56 gold standard with the initials of the manager of the St. Petersburg assay district Ya. N. Lyapunov "56 YAL" (1899-1904). Presented in a figured case, decorated with a leather look, lined with blue silk and velvet.
