Explanation of the meaning of the Yom Kippur fast and the mitzvah of eating on erev Yom Kippur. Written in the very handwriting of the Admor Rav Avraham Weinberg of Slonim- the first Admor of the Slonim dynasty.
The Admor Rav Avraham Weinberg of Slonim- born in Pinsk in 5564. He learned chassidus from Rav Noach Malkovitch and Rav Moshe of Kobryn. He was a giant in Torah and headed the Slonim yeshiva. From 5618, he was the Admor of thousands of chassidim, until his passing in 5644.
Of his many writings, the following were published: Chessed LeAvraham, Be'er Avraham on Mechilta, Be'er Avraham on Torah and 'Yesod Ha'avodah'.
