Rabbi Amram Fisher (1853-1925) was a disciple of the Kitav Sofer, and the rabbi of Yaink for almost fifty years. After the Holocaust, his remains were moved to Jerusalem. Some of his Torah novellae were printed in the "Ateret Akiva" of his father, Rabbi Akiva Fisher (Refer to: HaChatam Sofer V'Talmidav, p. 532).

הגאון רבי עמרם פישער אב"ד יינק (תרי"ג - תרפ"ה), בן הגאון ר' עקיבא פישער זצוק"ל אב"ד טעטה, וחתן של הגאון רבי אליעזר זוסמאן סופר זצוק"ל אב"ד פאקש. לאחר השואה, ארונו הועלה לירושלים. דברי תורה ממנו נדפסו בספר 'עטרת עקיבא' לאביו רבי עקיבא פישר. למד תורה אצל אביו ואצל הרבנים הגאונים רבי פנחס אלי' אסטרייכר דיין באויבן-ישן, רבי עזריאל הילדסהיימר אב"ד אייזנשטאט וברלין, השבט סופר ועוד. כיהן כדיין בהאלאש ומאוחר יותר נתמנה לאב"ד רענדעק ומשנת תרל"ט כיהן כאב"ד יינק עד לפטירתו, ספרו: 'דברי עמרם'. היה תלמידו של הכתב סופר (עי' בחתם סופר ותלמדיו דף תקל"ב).
