כרזה מודפסת, "שלום רב לכבוד אחינו בני ישראל הפזורים בערי ארץ התימן... על דבר ההתעוררות שקמה בין העם לעלות לארץ ישראל... וכבר נכנסו בזמן האחרון יותר משש מאות נפש אנשים נשים וטף, וכשהגיעו לארץ ישראל קבלו אותם אחינו היושבים שמה בשמחה... וכעת הגיעו אלינו שמועות מארץ התימן, שההתעוררות היא חזקה מאוד ואנשים למאות ולאלפים מכינים עצמם לעלות לארץ ישראל... מיעצים לכל המכינים עצמם לעלות שיתעכבו בבתיהם ולא יזוזו ממקומותיהם עד אחר חג הסוכות פן תקום ברץ מהומה מרוב העולים בהמון פתאם..."
