WILHELM THOMAS
(1892 - 1976) German general and commander of the 29th Division was a general in the Wehrmacht of Nazi Germany during World War II who commanded several divisions. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. In part: '...I am a very common soldier at the front and led a division at the front during World War II...[I will send you] some experiences from World War II in which I was a leading participant...' Very good, with a fine, bold signature.
