ANASTAS MIKOYAN
(1895 - 1978) Soviet politician, a Bolshevik leader in Baku, member of the Central Committee and later Chairman of the Presidium. Typed D.S., 1p, 4to., 1948, discussing the payment for 1,000 tons of tea from India. Mikoyan signs in blue pencil, adding 'Agreed'. File holes, trimmed at bottom, else fine.
