רינה עוסקת באמנות עוד מילדותה, וזכתה בפרסי הצטיינות במהלך כל שנות לימודיה. בעקבות זכייתה בפרס קרן אמריקה ישראל לאמנים צעירים, למדה בסטודיו של הצייר לואיזדה. עם סיום לימודיה התיכוניים ב"תלמה ילין" זכתה בתעודת הצטיינות על מגוון תחומי יצירה. לימודיה הגבוהים במדרשה לאמנים התקיימו בהנחיית אמנים כרפי לביא, אליהו גת, פניכל, ויתקין ודב פייגין. בבית האמנים תל אביב למדה בסדנאות הדפסים של דן קריגר ואלימה.
ביצירתה היא מבקשת לחתור מעבר לחומר, אל התשתית האנרגטית העומדת ביסוד הדברים, והעולם הנגלה מתוך חיפוש זה הוא מלא מסתורין וקסם.
עבודותיה הוצגו בבית האמנים ברח' אלחריזי בתל אביב, גלריה לים ובגלריות נוספות.
