Death Certificate From Lodz Ghetto Hospital About a Jew
Litzmannstadt Ghetto - Holocaust - Death certificate issued in the hospital in Łódź (Litzmannstadt Ghetto) located in Drewnowska 75 Street, regarding Halina ... (unfortunately hard to read the surname), who died on December 10, 1941. Text says that his bread and food card is in the hospital at 34 Lagiewnicka Street. Two stamps are visible (one on the left, Litzmannstadt ghetto died) and a stamp from Judisches Krankenhaus fur Infektionskrankhaiten Holzstrasse 75 (Jewish Hospital for Infectious diseases). Fully written in Polish.
