מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, י"ג שבט תשמ"א [1981].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
המכתב נשלח אל הרה"ג משה יעקב אברהם זידא, "בסמיכות ליו"ד שבט, העשירי יהיה קודש. דשנת הקהל" - יום ההילולא של חמיו רבי יוסף יצחק שניאורסון – האדמו"ר הריי"ץ.
בסוף המכתב מברך הרבי: "בקשר ליום ההולדת – לשנת הצלחה בגו"ר [בגשמיות וברוחניות]".
