Chomer La'Avodah – a Special Book by Rabbi Eliyahu Mordechai Walkowski with the (Printed) Comments of Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak Ha'Cohen Kook – Kedahnen, [1934]
In 1934, while in Jerusalem, Rabbi Eliyahu Mordechai Velkowski published the book "The Two Great Luminaries" (actually printed in Kiden, Lithuania), with the aim of being "a healthy bridge built on the abyss between the most recent scientific opinions and the acceptance of ancestors and ancient tradition."
The book was printed accompanied by an introduction with the comments of Rabbi Kook, who is not mentioned in the book by his name but is referred to as "the genius of our generation"
