Interesting letter dated 1961, sent by the Rebbe of Cieszanow to the writer Chaim Bloch, warning him not to write or publish anything related to the Sanz-Sadagura dispute. The Rebbe warns Bloch in sharp terms not to continue bothering him about these matters.

Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga Rubin – Halberstam (1912-1986), son of Rabbi Aryeh Leibish of Tomashov and grandson of Rabbi Simcha Yissachar Ber Halberstam of Cieszanow. Survived WWII in Russia and re-established the Cieszanow dynasty in New York.

Chaim Bloch (1881-1973), Born in Galicia but settled in Vienna, served as chaplain in WWI. Writer and translator. Conducted correspondence with numerous rabbis and writers.
