,שטר מכירת מקום בבית הכנסת "סכת שלום" ביפו, חתום (עם חותמתו) בידי רבי יוסף צבי הלוי אב"ד יפו והמושבות ובידי מספר גבאי בית הכנסת. יפו, תרס"ה [1905].
בשטר מובטח לקונה, רבי פינחס זיסעלמאן, מקום אחד בקניין גמור ולצמיתות, תמורת המחיר ששילם והשתתפותו בעתיד בכל הוצאות בית הכנסת. יחד עם רבי יוסף צבי הלוי חתומים על המכתב גבאי בית הכנסת, ביניהם משה גרינבערג, יעקב מרדכי בן שמעון, ועוד.
21x32 ס"מ. מצב בינוני-טוב. כתמים. סימני קיפול וקמטים קלים. סימן קיפול במרכז הדף, עם קרעים קטנים בשוליים.
