Rabbi Mordechai Rabinowitz - was the son of Rabbi Moshe Kelmer, grew up in the Torah as his wonderful fathers, loved to trace the words of Chazal to truly understand their words and will collect many innovations and glosses and disappeared in the book together and printed them as "Shalom Mordechai" also authored "Nir David". "Divrei Chen".
Author of articles in periodicals including The Maggid, The Carmel, and more. Of his sons: Rabbi Yosef David of Vilna (named after his eldest son - on his mother's side - Rabbi Yosef David Halberstadt). The author died in 1851.
