Chassidut! Imrai Moshe First Print
The book was first printed by the author's grandson Rabbi Yonah from the city of Tarnipal, who later settled in Eretz Israel in the city of Safed, and received approval from the holy genius Divrei Chaim of Sanz. Most of the book was printed in Lvov. And it is true that the publisher referred to the city of Safed in which we will settle, and therefore wrote that it was printed in Safed. And it also appears from the introduction of the publisher who wrote that before he went abroad to collect books he collected some Torah innovations from his old author, and also from his father, the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov, to print them.
And of course he received consent from Rabbi Chaim of Sanz while he was abroad, and there the book was printed. And perhaps that is why the book had two title pages, one made in Safed and one in Lvov. (And although both are written to have been printed in Safed
Rabbi Gaon Rabbi Moshe Av Beit Din of Harimlov was born to his father Gaon Rabbi Yaakov, his full name was Avraham Yosef Moshe as he signed his consent to the book Ateret Zakanim printed in Lvov.
Apparently his last name was Podhaitzer. This is what Rabbi Yehoshua Heshil Av Beit Din of Tarnapal wrote to him in his book Sefer Yehoshua.
He served as Av Beit Din of Harimlov for several years. He was a genius in Torah and awe and exchanged responsa with geniuses of his generation. He sat on the throne of his kingdom in the city of Rimlov and managed his flock wisely and influenced his congregation Torah and Hasidism.
Apparently our Rabbi was one of the students of Rabbi Moshe Leib of Sassov
